Eureka’s 4th Annual Day of Research
Eureka-North Shore will host its 4th Annual Day of Research on Saturday, September 19, 2026, in Dania Beach, bringing together Masonic researchers, presenters, and Brethren for a full day devoted to education, scholarship, and the exchange of ideas.
This year’s program will feature presentations from the Florida Lodge of Research, Florida Chapter of Research, Florida Priory of Research, and Scottish Rite, bringing several important areas of Masonic scholarship together in one setting.
Whether presenting or attending, Brethren are invited to connect with Masons from across jurisdictions who share a passion for the Craft, Masonic history, symbolism, ritual, philosophy, and education.

Multiple Traditions of Masonic Scholarship in One Day
The 4th Annual Day of Research brings together presentations representing the Florida Lodge of Research, Florida Chapter of Research, Florida Priory of Research, and Scottish Rite.
By gathering researchers and presenters from these different Masonic bodies, the program provides attendees with an opportunity to experience a broad range of subjects, perspectives, and traditions within Masonic education.
The Day of Research is designed to encourage the serious study of Freemasonry while strengthening connections among Brethren who value education and scholarship.
Presentations and discussions may explore subjects related to Masonic history, symbolism, philosophy, ritual, Capitular Masonry, Templary, the Symbolic Lodge, Scottish Rite, and other areas of interest to the Craft.
Whether presenting original research or simply attending to listen and learn, Brethren are encouraged to take part in the exchange of Masonic light and knowledge.
Open to Master Masons — With Tyled Sessions
The event is open to all Master Masons in good standing. Attendees should have a current dues card available at check-in.
The Day of Research will be conducted in a tyled Lodge setting, and only qualified Brethren will be admitted.
The Florida Lodge of Research portion is open to all qualified Master Masons. Sessions of the Florida Chapter of Research and Florida Priory of Research are tyled and limited to members qualified to attend those respective bodies.
What Attendees Should Know
Dress Code
Lodge attire is required. All presenters and attendees should dress appropriately for the formal and educational nature of the event.
Dues Card
Attendees should bring a current Masonic dues card for verification at check-in.
Interested in Presenting?
Submit a Paper or Topic Proposal
Any Master Mason may submit a paper or topic proposal for consideration.
Selected presenters will be assigned a time slot during the Day of Research to present their work and participate in the event's educational program.

Free to Attend
The 4th Annual Day of Research is free to attend and proudly hosted by Eureka-North Shore.
Donations in support of Masonic education are always appreciated and help continue opportunities for research, scholarship, and educational programming.
Table Lodge Following the Day of Research
A Table Lodge will follow the conclusion of the Day of Research and will include a catered meal.
The cost to attend the Table Lodge is $20 per person.
This provides attendees with another opportunity to continue the day's fellowship and conversation after the formal research program concludes.
A Day Dedicated to Masonic Scholarship
Featuring presentations from the Florida Lodge of Research, Florida Chapter of Research, Florida Priory of Research, and Scottish Rite, Eureka’s 4th Annual Day of Research offers Florida Masons a unique opportunity to spend an entire day exploring Masonic scholarship with Brethren from across the Craft.
