Grand Chapter Officers & Leadership

The elective positions of the Right Excellent Grand Treasurer and Right Excellent Grand Secretary provide the day-to-day support for the policies and direction implemented by the Grand Line. These offices directly manage communications, financial transactions, and relationships between the Grand Chapter and its constituent Chapters, vendors, and leadership.

When none of the dais officers are available to attend and represent the Grand High Priest at affiliate, constituent, interstate, national, or international events, the Grand Treasurer and Grand Secretary may be asked to represent and report to and for the Grand Line.

The Grand Chapter has many Standing and Special Committees, each with designated tasks supporting the activities of the Grand Chapter. Companions serving on these committees are often skilled or experienced in their respective areas of operation and volunteer their time and expertise for the betterment of the Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masons of Florida.

The Grand Chapter appoints a Grand Ambassador to each of its affiliated jurisdictions. Many have previously held Grand Line positions or currently serve in leadership positions.

As the primary liaison to a jurisdiction, a Grand Ambassador may assist wherever needed. Specific responsibilities include reporting to the Most Excellent Grand High Priest regarding successful programs, challenges, special events, and activities that should be known or promoted; helping coordinate the accommodations and schedules of visiting Chapter dignitaries; and working with the Most Excellent Grand High Priest and Grand Secretary to ensure Grand Convocation information is available to travelers.

After serving the Grand Chapter for an average of ten years, these Most Excellent Companions may be found in numerous roles continuing to support Capitular Masonry in Florida.

In addition to offering assistance and the benefit of their experience, Past Grand High Priests continue to serve on Grand Chapter committees and frequently work with current leadership to support ongoing programs and initiatives.
