Ft. Pierce York Rite Festival Welcomes New Companions and Sir Knights
The Ft. Pierce York Rite Festival was held on Friday, August 21, and Saturday, August 22, 2026, at Acacia Lodge No. 163 in Stuart, Florida.
Over the course of the two-day festival, candidates advanced through the York Rite and were welcomed as new Companions of the Chapter and Council and as new Sir Knights of the Commandery.
Royal Arch Chapter
Candidates continued their Masonic journey through the Capitular Degrees.
Cryptic Council
New Companions advanced through the beautiful Degrees of Cryptic Masonry.
Knights Templar
Christian Masons completed the York Rite journey and were welcomed as Sir Knights.
A Weekend of York Rite Masonry
The festival provided an opportunity for fellowship, education, and the conferral of the Degrees and Orders that form the complete York Rite experience.
Events such as the Ft. Pierce Festival allow candidates to experience the Chapter, Council, and Commandery in a concentrated setting while meeting Companions and Sir Knights from throughout the area.
The weekend also demonstrated the continued dedication of the many Companions and Sir Knights who contributed their time, ritual knowledge, preparation, and talents to help introduce a new group of members to the lessons, traditions, and values of York Rite Masonry.

The Work Behind the Festival
A successful York Rite Festival requires the combined efforts of many dedicated Masons. Degree teams, officers, ritualists, organizers, hosts, and volunteers all contribute to creating an experience worthy of the candidates receiving the work.
Their efforts help preserve the ritual traditions of the York Rite while ensuring that each new Companion and Sir Knight receives a meaningful introduction to the lessons and principles of our fraternity.
